Shipping and Returns


We are proud to offer cost-effective shipping on the majority of our products to anywhere within the United States (some exceptions may apply). Unfortunately, due to ITAR regulations and various international laws, we are unable to ship to any address outside of the United States.

We work hard to maintain an accurate live inventory on our site at all times. As a result, most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. During holidays, special promotions, and periods of increased demand, this processing time may increase to 3-4 business days. If you have any questions about your order status, please free to contact us.

Backorders are available on some products and will be filled in the order they were received. Typical lead times are between 1-3 weeks.


Please verify that your order is correct before finalizing. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed our canceled.

We will accept returns for most unopened products for up to 30 days from the date-of-purchase. The product must be in its original packaging with no portion having been opened.

Products that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been installed. We do not accept returns on open Optics.

Please contact us PRIOR to returning any item(s) as we can’t be responsible for packages that show up at our facility without explanation.

If you’d like to exchange your unopened item for a different model, finish, etc., please let us know and we’ll be glad to work with you.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please let us know right away and we will work with you to remedy the situation!
